Overview

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Salesforce) to shape Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud workstreams that power the AR Marketplace e-commerce program. You will translate business needs into clear specifications, align stakeholders and delivery teams, and guide testing and validation for high-quality releases—apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and capture business requirements to deliver effective e-commerce solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to define precise functional specifications aligned to project objectives
  • Coordinate communication between business teams and technical development groups
  • Assist feature testing and validation to confirm quality and expected functionality
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve business processes and user experiences

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, especially on e-commerce initiatives
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (B2+ Upper-Intermediate)

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with AR/Marketplace platforms
