We are seeking a Production Communications Specialist III to join our team, responsible for creating, editing, and distributing product communications to clients. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of product notifications, collaborating with internal departments and vendors, and providing on-call support outside of standard business hours.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in communications, client relations, or customer support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- On-call availability outside of standard business hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working in the financial services industry is preferred.
