Overview

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our team in transforming the parcel delivery industry through innovative mobile applications. In this role, you will lead the development of our mobile app, collaborate closely with backend developers and Solution Architects and contribute to delivering a world-class product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate mobile applications with APIs built on Java Spring
  • Design and implement intuitive and high-performance UI/UX for mobile apps
  • Lead and mentor the development team to ensure best practices in code quality and performance optimization
  • Work in alignment with Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes and SDLC standards
  • Utilize Git for effective version control and collaboration with team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Contribute to architectural decision-making and suggest improvements for scalability
  • Maintain high code quality by conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application development with at least 2 years using Flutter and Dart
  • Proficiency in integrating applications with RESTful APIs and handling JSON data
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices
  • Experience working with backend services and APIs built on Java Spring
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes and SDLC best practices
  • Competency in using Git for version control and collaborative development
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a capability to manage multiple high-priority tasks

Nice to have

  • Expertise in AWS services related to mobile applications
  • Understanding of state management solutions such as Riverpod, Provider or Bloc
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for mobile apps
  • Background in the discovery phases of mobile development projects
