You'll be an exceptional People Leader building out the People function of a hyper growth scale up, leading a team of 6 and growing to 15+ over time. You'll drive change in HR practices, implement new processes, and become an expert on HR technology. You'll also contribute to company growth by sharing your expertise with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience building and leading a people team of 15+
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to influence change across the company
- High standards and ability to hold others accountable
- Comfort with ambiguity and experimenting with new ways of doing HR
- Ability to play HRBP and have deep experience or specialization in a typical people function (e.g. Total Rewards)
- High level of empathy for employees
- Ability to craft solutions for both tactical and strategic issues
