Cloud Native Architect - .NET with AWS

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Native Architect specializing in .NET with AWS to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of innovative cloud solutions that address complex business challenges while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions using .NET and AWS
• Translate business goals into robust, modular, and secure solution architectures
• Lead architecture discussions and workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, availability, and scalability
• Drive adoption of architectural best practices, including microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns
• Prepare solution architecture deliverables like solution diagrams, narratives, work breakdown structures, risk assessments, and impact analyses
• Collaborate with development teams, mentoring and guiding them through implementation
• Participate in pre-sales, proof of concepts, and client presentations as a technical subject matter expert
• Stay updated with the latest AWS services, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions that drive business value

Requirements

• 12–16 years of total experience in software engineering, including hands-on solution architecture
• Expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6/8/9, C#, Web API, and Microservices
• Minimum of 3 recent projects in an architecture role using AWS and .NET
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation/CDK, IAM, Secrets Manager, and EventBridge
• Familiarity with architectural quality attributes and frameworks like Utility Trees and Quality Attribute Workshops
• Background in Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban and DevOps practices
• Experience with greenfield application development and modernization initiatives
