Overview
We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer (Informatica IICS) to keep production ETL workflows stable and resolve incidents quickly and effectively. You will support IICS CDI and SAP integrations, troubleshoot with SQL, and deliver minor fixes and enhancements while improving monitoring and performance; apply now.
Responsibilities
- Monitor IICS ETL workflows and SAP integrations to ensure on-time runs and resolve operational interruptions
- Diagnose production issues by performing root cause analysis and apply preventive actions to avoid recurrence
- Maintain existing ETL workflows and data transformation logic using IICS CDI
- Ensure data pipeline stability by managing job scheduling, dependencies, and data validation controls
- Use SQL to troubleshoot data issues, verify data loads, and respond to business queries
- Support deployment activities through validation steps and post-release monitoring
- Deliver minor enhancements and bug fixes for ETL pipelines and CAI workflows
- Optimize data integration processes to increase performance and scalability
- Automate monitoring and routine support tasks to improve operational efficiency
- Assist unit testing and validation for both new and existing workflows
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with IICS in a support or maintenance setting, with 3+ years of professional practice
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation techniques
- Solid proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and support investigations
- Practical familiarity with incident management, job monitoring, and production support tools
- Clear understanding of release and deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments
- Working background in unit testing and validation of data workflows
- Demonstrated ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks in data integration processes
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Informatica MDM, Mulesoft, and Core Java
- Availability to work in a 24/7 support model or participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams
