Overview

We are looking for a Director, SAP Business Solution Architect to join our EPAM team and lead technology-driven SAP solution governance and delivery across client engagements.

You will shape target architectures and roadmaps, guide discovery and implementation activities, and partner with account teams—apply to grow your impact with us.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP pre-sale and implementation governance and delivery across client engagements
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, process change, organizational change, and root cause analysis
  • Assess current client solutions and identify opportunities for SAP solution implementation
  • Define and refine SAP functional requirements and align business and IT enablers through blueprint
  • Own architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency across the SAP domain
  • Define and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains
  • Lead target architecture and client roadmap development aligned with SAP solutions
  • Support account planning to build the client vision based on solution scope
  • Partner with engagement teams across the client lifecycle as a core account member
  • Introduce innovation topics that address specific client needs
  • Build client relationships and support sales discovery for solution definition
  • Track SAP portfolio updates and translate them into actionable client roadmaps
  • Estimate effort for process redesign, organizational improvements, and SAP configuration and development

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SAP solution architecture experience across pre-sale and implementation engagements
  • Proven leadership experience driving architecture governance and cross-domain alignment
  • Strong project governance skills for SAP delivery, including fit-gap analysis and troubleshooting
  • Deep knowledge of SAP products and solution portfolio trends
  • Strong requirements engineering skills from initial discovery through blueprint definition
  • Excellent analytical skills for root cause analysis and opportunity assessment
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
