Overview

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead the end-to-end implementation of data-driven solutions, including data integration, transformation, and the development of engaging and insightful dashboards.

The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, leveraging your technical expertise to transform complex data into meaningful visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user-friendly dashboards on Power BI aligned with business requirements
  • Collaborate with business and technology SMEs to refine and enhance dashboard features
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to extract and load data from 4-5 API-based data sources
  • Create logical data models that support accurate and efficient reporting
  • Oversee data integration and ensure seamless connectivity across multiple platforms
  • Work alongside data analysts to conduct "Show & Tell" sessions with business stakeholders
  • Maintain data accuracy, security, and integrity across all reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data pipelines or dashboards
  • Document technical processes, design choices, and development steps
  • Ensure scalability and flexibility of solutions to adapt to growing business needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and managing Power BI dashboards, with a proven portfolio demonstrating expertise
  • Proficiency in data visualization principles and techniques
  • Experience working with marketing metrics and dashboards, including tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Showpad metrics
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and logical data model creation
  • Background in working with API-based data sources and ensuring seamless integration
  • Capability to analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights
  • Understanding of data accuracy and governance best practices
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with advanced Power BI features such as custom visuals or DAX optimization
  • Knowledge of industry-specific KPIs or metrics relevant to marketing and sales
  • Expertise in leveraging cloud-based environments to enhance Power BI solutions
