Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in biology, chemistry or bioinformatics to join our team and drive impactful projects in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with scientists and developers, translating complex scientific needs into actionable IT solutions for clients in clinical trials, laboratory automation and drug discovery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis efforts across multiple project streams and stakeholder groups
  • Collaborate with scientific experts to capture and interpret complex business needs
  • Define and document detailed requirements ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Manage and prioritize project backlog to reflect business and technical priorities
  • Guide the technical design process to ensure consistency with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for stakeholder clarity
  • Provide expert analysis and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Background in biology, chemistry or bioinformatics
  • Experience in business analysis or product management
  • Capability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of clinical trials, laboratory automation or drug discovery domains
  • Proficiency in English at B2+ level both spoken and written

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a laboratory environment
  • Skills in system analysis or data analysis
