About the Role

We’re hiring a High Quality Supervisor (Delegation Specialist VA) to ensure top-tier performance, consistency, and delegation excellence across assigned assistants and client accounts. This role serves as the bridge between Operations and Enablement, combining quality supervision with advanced delegation strategies — ensuring that assistants are effectively utilized, clients experience seamless task ownership, and delegation maturity increases across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, supervision, or virtual assistant management.
  • Strong grasp of delegation, task management, and client-VA collaboration frameworks.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring remote teams.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in interpreting quality and utilization dashboards.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple accounts and assistants simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in BPO, remote staffing, or managed service environments.
  • Familiarity with QA tools, project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Notion), and performance tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of delegation frameworks or enablement methodologies.

Compensation

Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 40,000–60,000/month (based on experience and performance)
