Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a technical organization
- Background in developer experience, developer productivity, engineering effectiveness, internal platform programs, technical program management, or a related function
- Familiarity with AI-accelerated development workflows, and an understanding of the tools, adoption patterns, and measurement challenges that come with them
