We are recruiting for an Associate Consultant, Pharmacy Benefits Financial Analytics for our Pharmacy Benefits Consulting Practice. This position affords an immediate opportunity to apply your financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills and your expertise with pharmacy benefits to contribute to the development of solutions to challenging client issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of medical or pharmacy benefits financial administration and/or audit experience
  • Undergraduate degree in business, actuarial science, or related discipline
  • Previous Medical or Pharmacy Claims Auditing, Benefits Contracting, and/or Claims Processing experience preferred
  • Strong demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with SQL
  • Experience with Python a plus
  • Demonstrated project management and client servicing/relationship management skills
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Passionate attention to detail and quality
