This is a remote position.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of beauty salons, spas, hairstylists, and retailers.
- Promote and sell beauty products, professional salon supplies, and related services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
- Conduct regular field visits to salons and outlets across assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and purchasing decision‑makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, deliveries, and stock availability.
- Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and product trends.
- Support product launches, promotions, and in‑salon activations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and customer records.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of sales experience in beauty salons, beauty trading, cosmetics, or professional haircare distribution.
- Strong network and connections within the salon and beauty industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage accounts.
- Good understanding of salon products (haircare, skincare, tools, equipment, consumables).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable with field sales.
