This is a remote position.

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of beauty salons, spas, hairstylists, and retailers.
  • Promote and sell beauty products, professional salon supplies, and related services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
  • Conduct regular field visits to salons and outlets across assigned territories.
  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and purchasing decision‑makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, deliveries, and stock availability.
  • Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and product trends.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and in‑salon activations.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and customer records.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of sales experience in beauty salons, beauty trading, cosmetics, or professional haircare distribution.
  • Strong network and connections within the salon and beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage accounts.
  • Good understanding of salon products (haircare, skincare, tools, equipment, consumables).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable with field sales.
