We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client engagement for a fully remote role with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and closing experience, with a strong ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos where applicable
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to close deals
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and revenue contribution
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- 3–4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales
- Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation
- Closing experience is required (not just appointment setting)
- Experience in B2B sales environments (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
