We’re seeking a QA Specialist who plays a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Amazon Connect solutions by ensuring the highest standards of platform integrity.
Requirements
- Comprehensive testing of functionality, performance, and security to meet stringent Federal requirements.
- Security and compliance QA to ensure all technical deliverables and Salesforce environments comply with Federal security standards and reporting requirements.
- Risk mitigation by identifying and escalating critical technical risks and issues proactively.
- Cross-functional collaboration with architects, developers, and Business Analysts (BAs) to validate Salesforce Public Sector initiatives.
- Tracking and reporting on quality performance metrics through transparent, timely communication and program dashboards for Federal clients.
- Innovation validation by staying updated with the latest Salesforce and AWS trends.
