Requirements
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for real estate and high-value projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Oversee procurement execution for major projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
- Provide reports and analysis on procurement activities, performance metrics, and strategic insights to management
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the category, advising regional procurement teams and supporting global consistency
- Lead, engage, and develop direct reports, fostering talent and succession planning
