About the role: HR Manager / HR Business Partner to lead and coordinate the HR team, manage daily HR operations, and ensure quality and timelines. You will work with the Head office and other HR team members, make key decisions, and take full responsibility for team coordination and management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Head office and other HR team members to align priorities and timelines
- Lead, manage, and develop the HR team, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations and make independent decisions
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian and/or Chinese is required
- Proven track record in team management
