Our client is an iGaming Advertising Agency specializing in performance-driven user acquisition for operators worldwide. The company partners with leading brands, delivering high-quality traffic through a combination of a global affiliate network and proprietary in-house traffic sources.

Recognized by industry awards and certifications, the agency is known for its reliability, transparency, and strong market presence. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to drive advertiser acquisition and build long-term partnerships.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Search for and attract new advertisers for collaboration
    — Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with advertisers
    — Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
    — Support advertisers in optimizing their campaigns and improving performance
    — Analyze and optimize current campaigns, improving KPIs
    — Monitor advertiser performance and prepare regular reports
    — Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
    — Develop tailored commercial proposals and partnership solutions
    — Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the advertiser network

📚 Your qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Affiliate Management within iGaming
    — Background in a media buying team or affiliate network (deep understanding of traffic specifics)
    — Strong negotiation skills: ability to clearly communicate traffic performance and handle objections
    — Data-driven mindset: confident working with metrics, analytics, and performance data
    — Experience in partner development: focus on quality, LTV growth, and increasing average check
    — Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of results
    — Experience in attending industry conferences and building professional relationships through offline networking

— English level: B1–B2+
