Our client operates in the agricultural and research-driven industry, leveraging large volumes of field and operational data to enable advanced analytics and continuous innovation.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and operate scalable end-to-end data pipelines from Oracle and PostgreSQL into a Databricks-based lakehouse

Build and maintain data models and transformations supporting analytics, BI, and downstream data products
-
Contribute to the evolution of the data platform (performance optimization, refactoring, scalability improvements)
-
Translate business and analytics requirements into reliable and maintainable data solutions
-
Enable self-service analytics through high-quality, well-documented datasets
-
Support data visualization and reporting use cases (Power BI, Plotly Dash)
-
Apply modern engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, DataOps, and DevOps

Work in an agile (Scrum) environment with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Must have:

Strong experience in Data Engineering (design, implementation, operation of data pipelines)

Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift or similar)

Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL preferred)

Strong Python skills for data processing and automation

Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data modelling for analytics

Experience working with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of REST APIs and data integration patterns

Structured, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Professional proficiency in English

Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools

Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Plotly Dash)

Knowledge of frontend technologies (TypeScript, Angular, React)
-
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

Experience optimizing dashboards or working with advanced analytics use cases
