Requirements
- Overall management and administration of projects
- Lead and provide guidance to subordinate managers and technical staff
- Serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and client stakeholders
- Oversee all facets of projects from budgeting and scheduling through procurement, contract management, and closeout
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality to achieve successful delivery
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports
- Drive business development
- Mentor, develop, and manage project management staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations
