Requirements

  • Overall management and administration of projects
  • Lead and provide guidance to subordinate managers and technical staff
  • Serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and client stakeholders
  • Oversee all facets of projects from budgeting and scheduling through procurement, contract management, and closeout
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality to achieve successful delivery
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Drive business development
  • Mentor, develop, and manage project management staff
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations
