We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join CSG Systems, Inc. as a Scrum Master/Lead QA. This dual-role position will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes within development teams while also leading quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile Principles
  • Extensive experience in Software Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Debugging and problem-solving
  • Solid understanding of Software Architectures and Software Design principles
  • Experience in the Software Development lifecycle
  • Experience in leveraging UI tools for efficient and thorough test case identification, writing and execution
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills
  • A passion for Mentoring and fostering team growth
