This is a remote position.

We are looking for a GenAI Developer to join a next generation sports analytics and performance intelligence platform supporting professional basketball organisations, including NBA teams. The role focuses on building agent based GenAI systems that transform complex performance, tracking, and contextual data into actionable insights and narratives for analysts, coaches, and decision makers.The platform combines machine learning models with LangChain and LangGraph based orchestration layers to enable interactive analysis, scenario exploration, and structured insight generation. It is already used in live analytical workflows and continues to scale in both data volume and user adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement LangChain and LangGraph based GenAI workflows
  • Integrate LLMs with structured and unstructured sports analytics data
  • Build Python services exposing GenAI capabilities via APIs or internal tools
  • Develop prompt strategies and multi step reasoning chains
  • Implement evaluation, validation, and output quality controls
  • Collaborate closely with sports analysts and domain experts
  • Support fast iteration cycles and production deployment of GenAI components

Requirements

  • Strong hands on Python experience in backend or AI driven systems
  • Commercial experience building LLM based or GenAI solutions
  • Practical knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph
  • Experience with FastAPI or Flask and REST API design
  • Understanding of RAG architectures and vector search mechanisms
  • Experience working with data heavy or analytical domains
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with non technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English for professional collaboration
Nice to have
  • Experience in sports analytics or performance modelling
  • Familiarity with time series or event based data
  • Exposure to evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs
  • Experience working in fast paced, product driven environments
