Looking for a strong hands-on CTO from crypto/payments.
What you’ll do:
- Own technical strategy and architecture
- Stay hands-on (~40% coding, Python/Go)
- Lead backend / transaction systems or security (flexible scope)
- Build and scale secure crypto/payment infrastructure
We expect:
- Experience in crypto or payment platforms
- Strong engineering background + system thinking
- Ability to combine leadership with execution
Nice to have: CySEC certification / regulated environment experience
