We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Commercial business in India. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer and distributor relationships across assigned territories and market segments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, or related industries.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through structured territory and account management.
- Demonstrated people‐leadership capability, including coaching, motivation, and performance management of sales teams.
- Solid understanding of market segmentation, pricing, negotiation, and customer value proposition development.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions and regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Business‐level fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
