Kraken is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management, Pro UI to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Kraken Pro's web and mobile trading experiences. The role involves owning the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Pro web and mobile UI, managing a team of product managers, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class trading interfaces.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of managing and developing PM teams
- UI/UX product strategy for consumer-facing platforms with high complexity and a demanding user base
- First-hand experience working across both cryptocurrency and traditional financial markets
- Strong background working closely with UX design and the ability to raise the quality bar on product experience
