We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified opportunities, engage decision-makers, and support revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Requirements

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos where applicable
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline data
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to close deals
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and revenue contribution
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
