Requirements
- PhD in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related field
- Working fluency in at least two of: phase equilibria, mechanical behavior, crystallography, polymers, or characterization (XRD, SEM, TEM)
- Comfortable interpreting micrographs, diffraction patterns, and property charts
