IT Oracle Recruiting Specialist - Contract Agency Recruiter (1099)

This is a remote position.

Elite Edge Consulting is a dynamic and innovative IT consulting firm, providing cutting-edge Oracle solutions to a diverse clientele. As we continue to grow and push boundaries in the Oracle space, we are currently in search of an experienced Contract Agency Recruiter with a focus on IT Oracle Sector. This is a 1099 contract position with a possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance and company needs.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Lead the entire recruitment process targeted towards IT/Oracle sector professionals – from creating engaging job descriptions to managing interviews and negotiations.

2. Leverage various recruitment channels such as social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent within the IT Oracle sector.

3. Build and maintain robust relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline of talent for present and future roles within the Oracle arena.

4. Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific role requirements, provide progress updates, and strategize for the successful closure of positions.

5. Stay up-to-date with current trends and changes in Oracle and related IT sectors, ensuring that recruitment strategies and practices are relevant and competitive.

6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes, candidate statuses, and recruitment analytics to inform future strategies.

Requirements

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within an IT and Oracle context.

3. Extensive knowledge of Oracle systems and the IT sector.

4. Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).

5. Proven experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Strong decision-making skills.

Benefits

**Compensation:**

This contract position offers a commission of 10% on all successful placements.
