EPAM is seeking a Microsoft Alliances Manager to lead and grow our strategic relationship with Microsoft across North America. Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and expand EPAM’s collaboration with Microsoft in North America by fostering connections with senior leaders and ensuring alignment with both the global Microsoft organization and EPAM’s multi-cloud objectives
  • Shape and execute the regional go-to-market approach for Microsoft, working closely with cloud subject matter experts and marketing professionals
  • Join forces with business unit heads, sales, technical teams, and marketing to develop growth strategies and generate new business opportunities
  • Partner with solution specialists to create new service offerings and drive expansion within key client accounts
  • Meet and surpass alliance program targets by delivering on joint business initiatives and increasing both partner-driven and partner-influenced sales
  • Highlight partnership achievements by developing customer success stories that showcase the impact of EPAM’s Microsoft alliance
  • Act as EPAM’s representative at Microsoft and industry events, collaborating with sales and marketing to maximize visibility
  • Oversee the partner deal registration workflow and stay current on Microsoft engagement requirements and evaluation benchmarks across the territory
  • Work with North American and global cloud teams to report on annual and quarterly performance to EPAM’s executive leadership
  • Coordinate and facilitate quarterly business review sessions with Microsoft partners in each region

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in enterprise technology and the partner or channel landscape
  • At least 5 years in sales or alliance management, with a strong emphasis on cloud solutions; direct Microsoft experience is a plus
  • Proven leadership background with at least 2 years managing teams of 20 or more, demonstrating effective team leadership and people management
  • Participation in a minimum of 5 end-to-end projects or experience launching a product or major product feature to market
  • In-depth knowledge of solution integration or partner-led sales, with a record of delivering measurable business results
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills, including experience with pipeline oversight and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and manage key relationships
  • Strong grasp of marketing tactics and business development practices within the technology sector
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities independently while ensuring follow-through
  • Team-oriented approach that values collective achievement and shared objectives
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic, results-driven setting
  • Positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude when addressing challenges
  • Advanced proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication
