Ryder is currently hiring a Part-time/Contingent Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. The individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments.

Requirements

  • Identify and interact with potential passive candidates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
  • Facilitate/coordinate interviews
  • Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team
  • Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments
