TE Connectivity is seeking a Director, Sales - AI Hyperscale & Cloud Infrastructure to lead strategic sales initiatives across global hyperscalers, AI datacenter operators, and cloud service providers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience in datacenter, cloud, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or related technology fields.
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
- Proven success selling into hyperscalers, cloud service providers (CSPs), or large-scale compute infrastructure customers.
- Strong understanding of AI and high-speed computing architectures, interconnects, and datacenter ecosystems.
- Experience driving share expansion within major strategic accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Inspiring people leader capable of coaching, elevating performance, and building high-impact teams.
- Strong sales leadership and revenue-driving mindset.
- Exceptional relationship-building and executive-level communication skills.
- Results-oriented problem solver with a strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and navigate competing priorities.
- Adaptable and effective in fast-paced global environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to travel 30–40%.
