YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead the Key Account Management team in the Intralogistics sector, both professionally and disciplinarily
  • Take responsibility for cross-industry segment management
  • Expand market share and increase cross-selling activities
  • Position new technologies in the market
  • Further develop and strengthen key account structures
  • Act as an interface between internal and external customers as well as national and international subsidiaries within the SICK Group

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in Key Account Management, as well as leadership and industry experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Good English skills
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Assertive and responsible personality
  • Willingness to travel
