Job Overview

The Recruitment Delivery Consultant is responsible for efficiently sourcing candidates, managing
relationships, and ensuring quality delivery that aligns with client needs and company standards. As part of the Talent Delivery team, they build talent pools, ensure quick placements and maintain quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pooling

 Build, maintain, and rigorously map talent pools within your specialist vertical
 Source both active and passive candidates using varied techniques (headhunting, networks, job boards, referrals, social channels).
 Ensure all candidate data and interactions are accurately logged in CRM.

Candidate Engagement & Management

 Conduct detailed qualification calls and structured candidate interviews to ensure role fit
 Provide full briefing and preparation for candidate interviews; perform thorough debriefs
 Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — CV submission, interview stages, offer management and onboarding.

Shortlisting & Delivery Excellence

 Provide highquality shortlists, typically within 48 hours of receiving a brief (Delivery KPIs).
 Ensure candidates are fully informed and that submitted profiles are complete, accurate and highquality.

ClientFacing Delivery Support

 Support consultants and client teams through preparation of shortlists, intelligence gathering, and role specific insights
 Participate in client briefings and support in managing expectations around timelines, talent availability and market conditions.

Market & Intelligence Gathering

 Collect and store market insights, client intel and competitor information and share with stakeholders.
 Use market mapping to anticipate hiring needs and drive proactive candidate engagement.


Requirements

Skills & Experience Required
 Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent pooling, and delivery operations
 Must have US Tech Recruitment experience (5 - 6 years overall recruitment experience & atleast 1 year working in the US market)
 Demonstrated experience delivering resourcing across international markets, adapting sourcing strategies to regional talent landscapes, cultural nuances and varied client requirements.
 Strong communication and rapport building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
 Ability to manage multiple roles at pace in a process driven environment.
 Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems such as Salesforce
 Understanding of contingent recruitment, advisory-led managed services, or projectbased delivery advantageous.
