We are a digital company that focuses on developing brand and user experiences across the digital landscape. We are looking for an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to work on a compact project that will be predominantly remote.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC)
- Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions
- Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS)
- SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms
- Experience with SCORM and Learning optimization
- Experience with SAP HCM Talent Management (incl. Performance Management, Talent Conferences)
- Integration experience (HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems)
- Experience with SAP Fiori
