We are looking for an experienced Capex Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of a significant EMEA-wide capital investment programme across our Packaging division.
Requirements
- Experienced in capital project environments
- Professional qualification desirable (e.g., MAPM, Chartered Engineer or equivalent)
- Strong background in engineering and project delivery (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)
- Proven experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with large-scale capital programmes
- Exposure to governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, and project assurance
- Strong understanding of project and programme delivery principles
- Ability to assess project health across scope, cost, schedule, and risk
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost, risk, and value
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required
