Format: Full-time, hybrid after probation
Role:
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will take full ownership of HR operations and employee mobility processes in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Full employee lifecycle (onboarding → offboarding)
- Own & develop HRIS (incl. integrations: ATS, payroll, finance)
- Immigration processes (work permits, renewals, family permits)
- Relocation & business travel coordination
- Employee support
- Team events & corporate culture initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in HR / HR Ops / HR Generalist
- HRIS experience
- Cyprus immigration knowledge
- Relocation & travel coordination experience
- Fluent English & Russian
- Strong ownership & ability to meet deadlines
Nice to have: HR analytics, experience in international teams
