Your Mission:Start a Life-changing Conversation

Ifhired for our team, your journey begins with a focused inside sales approach,identifyingpotentialnew business investment partnerships.These outreach conversations can be LIFE-CHANGING for the real estateagents,and our team must be ready torepresentour company with passion and conviction.

Based on yourleveloutreachand salesskills, you have 2 opportunities in front of you:

  1. Lead Generation:Thisopportunityrequires a high volume of cold-call outreach toinitiateconversations andidentifyreal estate agents who aremotivated to grow their business and introduce them to one of our Partnership Executives who will then continue the conversation and qualifythem for a potential investment partnership.This opportunity starts out as an hourly rate of pay and is for those with intermediate sales skills who want to strengthen them.The pay range for this role is $900-$1200 USD/month.

  1. Executive Appointment Setting:This opportunity is for ourELITEoutreachteam with STRONG sales skills. While a high volume of cold-call outreach isrequired, our team must be ready toengage in compelling conversations, be ready to debateand advocate for Fusion,follow up and nurture their leads,and schedule meetings directly on our Executive’s calendars.This opportunity is for those who are seasoned and can earn significant commissions on closed partnerships.The pay range for this role is $1500-$6000 USD/month.

Once you have proven yourselfassomeone who is dedicated, effective and willing to do the disciplinedwork of business development and sales, you will have several different growth and promotion opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is a polished professional with highly effective communication skills. You should be very persuasive but not "salesy," comfortable with difficult conversations, and able to tackle challenges head-on. A successful candidate will confidently present ideas and concepts.

You must be able to work with very strong-willed individuals and guide them to embrace Fusion’s unique perspectiveon business growth. While experience in the residential real estate industry is helpful, it is notrequired.
