Requirements

  • Manage all inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone, text, and CRM (Housecall Pro)
  • Respond quickly to new inquiries and follow up with potential customers
  • Schedule appointments and manage booking coordination
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer communication
  • Convert inbound leads into booked services using consultative sales techniques
  • Upsell recurring service plans (monthly, quarterly, biannual) and one-time cleanings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all customer interactions and job details

Benefits

  • Base Pay: $8/hour ($320/week full-time) equivalent to $1300
  • Commission: 2% on revenue above $8K/week
  • Bonus: $10 per recurring service plan sold
