We are seeking a Physical Measurements Support Engineer to join our team and serve as a key technical resource supporting our Physical Measurements Product line. This role will deliver both pre- and post-sales support, including hands-on instrument demonstrations, customer installations, application training, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for assigned product lines.

Requirements

  • Conduct technical demonstrations, installations, and customer trainings on hardware/software
  • Provide first-line customer support and issue resolution
  • Maintain and manage regional demonstration inventory
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams in a team-selling model
  • Support product line and regional leadership on various technical initiatives
