We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Director who can both lead and create. This is not a traditional management role where you simply brief others and review work from a distance. You’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day creative output, shaping our brand through your own work while also guiding freelancers and external partners when additional support is needed.

You’ll be responsible for elevating and protecting our brand across every touchpoint, ensuring everything we produce feels consistent, commercially effective, and true to who we are. As we continue into a new stage of growth, this role will play a key part in building standout creative that drives awareness, engagement, and performance.

When workload increases, you’ll confidently direct external creatives, manage workflows, and maintain quality control while staying hands-on yourself.

This role suits someone who loves making great work, thinks strategically, moves quickly, and is constantly looking for new ideas, tools, trends, and creative opportunities.

OUR CULTURE

We're looking for an attitude, we want you to take risks and recognise that failure is just part of the journey. We want you to love people and love working as a team. We want you to be rebellious, independent and constantly challenge the world around you and always look for opportunities to improve and innovate. We don't do status quo here.
