- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT
- Experience with Fivetran or similar ELT/ETL tooling
- Good understanding of Data Vault or Dimensional Modeling
- Experience maintaining historical data and slowly changing dimensions
- Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences data
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM data structures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to design, execute and communicate solutions to different stakeholders
- Experience with AWS and Python scripting
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
