Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
