Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
