We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join a high-performing sales team. The role involves generating qualified leads, building strong prospect pipelines, and supporting Account Executives in closing deals.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong research skills to identify high-quality prospects
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales is highly preferred
- Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent
