Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong research skills to identify high-quality prospects
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent
