We are looking for a Specialist Software Support French & English (m/f/d) to join our team. As a real team player, you will support DocuWare ́s partners and customers with complex software support requests and find perfect solutions. You will work with databases, server operating systems, and queries in SQL, and deal with requests using remote tools, mail, and telephone. You will also coordinate and cooperate with software development and product management.
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist, IT informatics clerk, or a similar apprenticeship
- Initial experience in customer/IT support
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
- Good knowledge of databases (e.g. MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and Microsoft web servers
- Ideally knowledge of creating queries in SQL
- Very good knowledge of French & English, German is a plus
- Service- and customer-oriented appearance
