This is a remote position.
In this consulting position, you will engage directly with clients to address practical business challenges by implementing and supporting the Zoho system. This role offers you the opportunity to work independently, ensuring the success of each client. You'll have the backing of our in-house development team to enhance the system and support the project.
Primary Duties
- Manage client engagements with Zoho training, implementation and custom development
- Managing client expectations and setting goals
- Manage client communications effectively and on time.
- Ensure client success via training and walkthroughs
- Implement solutions across various Zoho One applications
- Contribute to company goals and objectives, including but not limited to:
- Content creation on YouTube for Zoho Projects
- Community engagement
- Internal meetings
Requirements
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices
- Experience implementing/administrating CRM systems
- Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps)
- Strong understanding of REST API
- Experience managing organizational change efforts
- Skilled in Zoho Deluge scripting language for workflow automation
- Knowledgeable in key Zoho applications: CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Projects (preferred)
- Self-starter with robust communication skills
