We are seeking a highly skilled Windows OS Engineer to manage, optimize, and support Windows operating systems across enterprise environments. This role focuses on deep OS-level troubleshooting, performance tuning, system stability, and automation to deliver a seamless and secure user experience.

Responsabilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11 and Windows Server)
- Perform advanced OS-level troubleshooting (boot issues, performance degradation, crashes, memory leaks, etc.)
- Analyze system performance using tools like Event Viewer, PerfMon, ProcMon, and Windows Debugging tools
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management
- Manage and optimize Windows services, registry, file systems, and OS configurations
- Implement and enforce OS hardening and security baselines
- Support patch management and OS lifecycle (updates, upgrades, migrations)
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams in hybrid environments (Azure, VDI, on-prem)
- Troubleshoot and optimize user profiles, login performance, and system startup times
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience working with Windows OS environments
- Windows 10/11 and Windows Server internals
- OS troubleshooting and performance tuning
- PowerShell scripting
- Experience with system monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Windows architecture (kernel, services, processes)
- File systems (NTFS)
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS)
- English proficiency: B2 or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune / SCCM)
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or other VDI solutions
- Familiarity with Windows image creation and deployment (WIM, MDT, Autopilot)
- Experience with security tools and endpoint protection
- Understanding of log analysis and debugging (WinDbg is a plus)
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator / Azure Administrator Or GCP
