We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to own and evolve our marketing technology ecosystem and data capabilities. This role owns the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and broader Martech stack, enabling scalable demand generation, seamless lead management, and data-driven decision-making across a global organisation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Analytics
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience integrating Martech with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong background in marketing analytics, including funnel analysis, attribution, and optimisation
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Solid understanding of marketing data architecture and campaign tracking
