Digiteum is looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join the team working on the web system for Printique.

Printique is a photo laboratory offering a wide range of printing services, including photo books, metal prints, cards, calendars, and more. The platform serves more than 1 million users and is much more than a standard website — it is a complex, high-load ecosystem consisting of multiple frontend and backend components.

The product is continuously evolving and requires much more than traditional support to maintain high quality and performance.

The system includes a multifunctional frontend that allows users to create customized photo products using their own content. Even a simple order may involve uploading and processing thousands of photos, selecting multiple custom options, and working with interactive HTML5 editors and product wizards. Users upload up to 500–1000 GB of data daily.

On the backend side, the system supports end-to-end automation of production and operational processes, massive image processing, payment gateway integrations, photo book rendering, and more. Most new features or products require both front-end and back-end changes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual functional testing of the web platform, with some mobile testing included

  • Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and testing documentation

  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues early

  • Work closely with developers to quickly identify, report, and verify bugs

  • Participate actively in release validation and regression testing

  • Take ownership of product quality and testing results

  • Be proactive and flexible in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer testing both web and mobile apps

  • Experience with exploratory testing

  • Technical background: ability to write and run database queries

  • Experience with API testing

  • Basic / minimal understanding of Automation QA principles

  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • English level B2+

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on automation testing experience

  • Previous experience with high-load eCommerce systems or similar large-scale products
