Together with our team of experienced Cloud Engineers, you will take on responsibility in customer projects after an intensive induction programme.

About the job:
- Gathering and analysing customer requirements in the VCF / SDDC environment
- Creating and coordinating concepts
- Conducting strategy workshops and consulting with regard to architecture and design
- Creating implementation roadmaps based on the strategic decisions made
- Implementing the designed solutions
- High-end troubleshooting
Who you are:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Software Defined Data Centres
- Expert on VMware Solutions like vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF
- Experience on design virtualization and /or Cloud infrastructure environments
- Confident appearance, analytical-conceptual skills, ability to work in a team and customer orientation
- Confident handling of Linux and Windows systems
- Experience in dealing with IP networks
- Fluent Spanish and very good English skills
It would be optimal, if you…:
- have hands-on experience with HCI solutions such as VMware VCF
- Experience with backup, DR solutions – e.g. Site Recovery Manager
- have experience with VMware network solutions such as NSX
- have experience in Migration Projects with HCX solution
- have Vmware Certifications (VCP, VCAP)
- are experienced in data centre automation (Ansible, Terraform, Powershell…)
- can work according to the recommendations of ITIL and Agile Methodologes

💼 Qué harás
- Diseñarás y liderarás la implementación de soluciones VMware Cloud Infrastructure (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF, HCX, Operations, Automtion, etc.).
- Serás el referente técnico para clientes empresariales, apoyando decisiones arquitectónicas, evaluaciones y migraciones.
- Colaborarás con equipos multidisciplinarios en iniciativas complejas de nube híbrida y modernización IT.
- Contribuirás al desarrollo de la práctica VMware en España, incluyendo mentoría y apoyo en preventa.
🎯 Qué buscamos
- Experiencia sólida con el stack VMware (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF, vRealize suite).
- Capacidad para diseñar infraestructuras resilientes, escalables y seguras en entornos empresariales.
- Actitud de liderazgo técnico y habilidades para relacionarse con stakeholders de alto nivel.
- Valorable: Certificaciones VMware (VCP, VCAP, VCDX), conocimiento de al menos una nube pública (AWS, Azure, GCP), enfoque DevOps.
- Idiomas: castellano y nivel alto de Ingles.
