The successful candidate will partner closely with design leadership to shape hiring strategy, represent Vanta's talent brand in the market, and close top-tier design talent in highly competitive environments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Deep understanding of the design talent market
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong closing skills and experience navigating complex, high-stakes offer conversations with in-demand candidates
  • Experience using data and market insights to shape hiring strategy, improve processes, and drive outcomes
